The apartment is located nearby the center of Vienna in the basement of a beautiful building of the turn of the century. With view at a leafy court yard, 2 comfortable rooms, a kitchen, a bath room and an anteroom, with 55 m² it is suitable for up to 5 persons.

City, Stefansdom, Prater, Augarten , Donauinsel, Donauturm, UNO-City, nice taverns and restaurants and more. Due to the various and far reaching traffic system of Vienna it won't take you more than 20- 40 minutes to reach the other sights of Vienna.

The next tramway-stop is about 1-3 minutes to walk. This tramway number 21 takes you to the subway, bus and train stations within 5-10 minutes. If you go by foot, it takes you 7- 15 minutes to reach all of these means of transportation.

The next supermarkets are in a walking distance of 1-3 minutes.
